Middle School

Designed for students in grades 6 through 8, our Middle School curriculum establishes a robust foundation of knowledge and skills essential for high school success. We prioritize age-appropriate social learning and empower students by providing opportunities for voice and choice. Our educational framework is mapped to prestigious international benchmarks: Common Core for mathematics and language arts, AERO for social studies and sociales, and the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for science. Education is delivered in both Spanish and English.

The International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC)

Starting in the 2026-26 school year, we are implementing the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) for our 6th-grade students. Created specifically for learners aged 11 to 14, the IMYC integrates learning across subjects to stimulate cognitive development. This curriculum is rooted in research concerning the Six Needs of the Teenage Brain, offering a progressive pedagogical approach that aids the transition from primary to secondary education. Its goal is to inspire teenagers to become globally minded, knowledgeable, and equipped for the future. In subsequent school years, we will implement the IMYC across all grade levels in the Middle School.
